The pumping stations are made from durable polyethylene (PEHD). All pre-installed piping is either PE or stainless steel. As standard, the pumping stations are supplied with a PE top cover.The pumps are available in a variety of sizes. The standard range can be supplemented with customised versions as required.

Grundfos - HS Horizontal split case pumps

Overview

Grundfos-HS-modularThe Grundfos HS horizontal split case pump is a single-stage, non-self-priming, between bearing, centrifugal volute pump. The axially split design allows easy removal of the top casing and access to the pump components (bearings, wear rings, impeller, and shaft seal) without disturbing the motor or pipework.
The independent bearing housing allows for ease of maintenance without removing the top casing. The double volute design reduces the radial load on the shaft, extending component life, minimising vibration and providing quiet operation.
The HS pump also offers high pump efficiencies throughout the range.  High energy efficiency along with long pump life and easy maintenance add up to low life-cycle costs.
The HS pump is available in three configurations – pump with motor and baseframe, pump with baseframe, and bare shaft pump only.

The Grundfos CM Booster PM1 is a compact booster set for water supply in domestic applications. The pressure booster consists of a Grundfos CM pump and a Grundfos Pressure Manager PM1. The pressure manager allows the pump to start and stop automatically according to demand and protects the pump from dry-running.

The Grundfos CM Booster PT is an automatic booster system for water supply in domestic and agricultural applications as well as other installations where small leakages are expected to occur.

The booster system consists of a Grundfos CM pump, a pressure tank and a pressure switch assembled into one unit.

The tank is delivered with the product and is easily connected to the CM pump. The system is now ready for use, with preset start pressure and compliant tank precharge pressure.

The pressure band is approximately 1 bar.

When the system has been connected to the pipework, it is all a matter of inserting the plug into a power supply socket, and the system is operational.

The Grundfos CM Booster PS is an automatic booster system for water supply in domestic and agricultural applications as well as other installations where small leakages are expected to occur.

Use your own pressure tank or order one of the Grundfos GT-tanks that make a perfect fit for your booster system.

Overview

GRUDFOS SRP

Overview

The Grundfos range of recirculation pumps is the product of decades of engineering experience. Created to handle large flows with low heads, the SRP models are equally suitable for wastewater treatment plants and flood control.

GRUNDFOS SRP units come in three main variants – DN 300, 500 or 800 mm, fitted with motors from 0.8 to 24 kW. The units share many features with the AMG and AFG gear-driven mixers and flowmakers, making them instantly familiar to service staff and facilitating easy maintenance.

Recent developments include a triple sealing system for maximum protection of the mechanical shaft seal and a bracket that facilitates very easy installation.

Grundfos NK/NKG Pumps

Overview :

Grundfos NK/NKG pumps are used in water supply, industrial pressure boosting, industrial liquid transfer, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning), irrigation and process industries.
Grundfos end-suction pumps are multi-purpose pumps suitable for a variety of different applications requiring reliable and cost-efficient supply. End-suction pumps are used in five main areas of application: water supply, industrial pressure boosting, industrial liquid transfer, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning), and irrigation.

The pumps are all non-self-priming, single-stage, centrifugal volute pumps with axial suction port, radial discharge port and horizontal shaft. The Grundfos NK/NKG range comprises a complete series of long-coupled pumps that comply fully with either EN733 or ISO2858. The pumps are of the back pull-out design, enabling removal of the motor, coupling, bearing bracket and impeller without disturbing the pump housing or pipework. Even the largest pumps can thus be serviced by one person with a crane. The ISO2858 range of pumps are available with a bearing life of 100,000 hours, and can be fitted with double seals. They available in a stainless steel version as an option.

Hydro MPC booster sets are supplied as complete, pre-assembled and thoroughly tested booster sets, ready to install.
Most of the booster sets are available with either CR(I) pumps and/or CR(I)E pumps.
