Grundfos S pumps form the backbone of many sewage systems. They are selected for their strength, their durability, and for innovative features such as the SmartTrim impeller clearance adjustment system and the Smart Seal for leakage prevention.
The SmartTrim system used on the S-pumps makes it easy to adjust the factory-set impeller clearance and thus to maintain maximum pump efficiency. The Grundfos SmartSeal Auto-coupling gasket provides a completely leak-proof connection between the pump and the base unit of the auto-coupling system.
Grundfos – Pust offers a full range of modular pumping stations, complete with all necessary piping, valves, level controls, etc. The range uses a modular concept and offers a large pit volume.The pump pit, pumps and controls can be combined to suit specific requirements for each individual application.
The pumping stations are made from durable polyethylene (PEHD). All pre-installed piping is either PE or stainless steel. As standard, the pumping stations are supplied with a PE top cover.The pumps are available in a variety of sizes. The standard range can be supplemented with customised versions as required.
Grundfos vertical in-line volute pumps are used in a number of applications including air conditioning and heating. The pumps are all single-stage, in-line centrifugal volute pumps with standard motors and mechanical shaft seals.
The pumps are close-coupled, meaning that the pump and motor are separate units. Consequently, the pumps are less sensitive to impurities in the pumped liquid compared to similar canned rotor pumps.
Grundfos SEG – Grinder Pumps
Grundfos grinder pumps (SEG) are specifically designed for areas with no sewer systems or areas where gravitation systems are unsuitable.
The high discharge pressure enables transfer of effluents and sewage over longer distances to the public sewer or sewage treatment plant.
